Make the calculation visible

Each quantity and rate produces a line amount. The invoice applies discount before tax, adds shipping, subtracts the amount already paid, and shows any overpayment separately.

Reuse only what you choose

Saving is explicit. A saved invoice is a value snapshot in this browser profile, so opening or duplicating it does not depend on an account or a shared cloud dashboard.

Check the file before download

After creating the PDF, Mallow Invoice opens the bytes with a separate PDF reader, parses and renders every page, then matches the visible invoice number and final total. If those checks fail, Download stays locked.
