Invoice maker · Local reuse · PDF Output Check

Make a clear invoice. Keep the details on this device.

Build an invoice, see the total as you work, and download the PDF only after Mallow Invoice reopens and checks it. No sign-up and no application upload of customer or payment details.

PDF Output Check

Start with the fields you need. Nothing is uploaded to an application server.

Output Check uses an independent reader to reopen the generated PDF, parse and render every page, and match its visible invoice number and total. Review important invoices in your usual viewer before sending.

JSON backup includes the invoice details and logos you chose to save. Keep the file somewhere you trust.

A repeatable invoice, not a blank template

From last job to a checked PDF.

Mallow Invoice keeps the writing, calculation, PDF creation, and output check in one browser workflow. Saved records are optional and stay in this browser profile.

1

Describe the work

Add the seller, customer, dates, currency, and line items. Quantity, unit, and rate stay visible beside each calculated amount.

2

Review the balance

Discount is applied before tax, then shipping and amount paid produce one explicit balance due.

3

Create and check

A separate PDF reader parses and renders every page, then matches the visible invoice number and total before Download is enabled.

What is saved?

Only records you explicitly save go to IndexedDB in this browser profile. PDF files are generated again from the saved snapshot and are not stored as hidden blobs.

Is this legally compliant everywhere?

No generic invoice tool can promise that. Check the tax, registration, language, and retention fields required where you and your customer operate.

What does Output Check prove?

It proves this app can reopen, parse, and render the generated bytes and visibly match the invoice number and total. It is not a guarantee for every printer, viewer, tax authority, or accessibility workflow.

Why are some characters rejected?

This version uses a compact PDF font set for Latin text. It rejects unsupported scripts and emoji clearly instead of producing missing-glyph boxes.
